All sales are final. We want you to be confident in your purchase. However, due to the nature of pest control products, Pestineer only accepts returns on unopened kits.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be completely unused and in its original, sealed packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pestineer.com with your order details. If approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your kit. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.


Roach-Free Guarantee: If you do not see a significant reduction in roaches by Day 50, you may email us with photographic evidence within 50 days of delivery for a refund request. We reserve the right to deny refund claims that do not meet these criteria.


We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We do not warrant that the quality of any products will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order you submit to us. At our discretion, we may place limits on the quantity of products purchased per individual, household, or order. These limitations may apply to orders associated with the same customer account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address. If we modify or cancel an order, we may try to contact you using the email address or phone number provided during checkout.


We may also refuse or restrict orders that, in our judgment, appear to be made by resellers, distributors, or bulk purchasers.
