Pestineer Return & Refund Policy
At Pestineer, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. While most of our customers see results fast, we understand that things don’t always go as expected and we’ve made our return policy as simple as possible.
One-Time Purchase Returns
If your Pestineer kit is unopened and unused, and you'd like to return it, just email us at support@pestineer.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send you return instructions and issue a refund once the product is received and inspected.
Not Seeing Results?
If you've already applied the Pestineer kit but aren’t seeing the results you expected, reach out to us at support@pestineer.com. One of our team members will work with you to troubleshoot, provide tailored guidance, or send a replacement item if necessary. We want to help you succeed.
While no pest control formula can be 100% effective, If you've followed all instructions and tried the solutions we’ve offered, and you're still not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund after with photos.
After 45 Days
After 45 days, we can no longer guarantee product effectiveness or provide refunds. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you have concerns.
Late or Missing Refunds
Once your refund is processed, you’ll receive an email confirming the amount. If you don’t see that email within 2–3 business days, please reach out to us at support@pestineer.com.
After receiving the confirmation, it may take a few more days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement. If you don’t see it:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take additional time for the refund to officially post.
- Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.
If you’ve gone through these steps and still haven’t received your refund, get in touch with us at support@pestineer.com and we’ll make it right.
