How To Apply
The Spray Is Step 2. Cleaning Is Step 1. Don’t Skip it for the Best Results
Step-By-Step Instructions
Day 1: Initial Spray Treatment
Step 1: Begin by putting on the included gloves and safety glasses.
You can also wear an optional face mask if you prefer added protection.
Make sure pets and children are out of the area before starting.
Wait until all treated surfaces are completely dry before allowing them back in.
Step 2: Make sure to read the label before-hand.
Prepare your 1-gallon sprayer by first filling it halfway with clean water.
Add one packet of Pestineer Insecticide and one vial of Pestineer IGR.
Close the sprayer tightly, shake thoroughly to mix, then fill it to the one-gallon mark with more water and shake again until the solution is well blended.
Step 3: Spray the interior of your home using a light fan mist.
Focus on key roach areas such as under and behind the refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, as well as inside kitchen and bathroom cabinets, along baseboards, and near any plumbing, cracks, or crevices. Be careful not to use a pin stream or heavy saturation.
Step 4: Use any remaining solution to lightly treat the outside exterior entry points where roaches may be getting in, such as along the foundation, near doorways, and behind outdoor appliances or trash areas.
*Do not spray into garden beds, flowers, open water or directly onto soil.*
Step 5: *Use all mixed solution do not store diluted pesticide.*
After each use, flush spray equipment thoroughly with clean water.
Do not allow pesticide residue to dry in the sprayer
Rinse equipment outside or in a well-ventilated area, away from water sources.
Day 14: Bait & Trap Phase
Step 1: Make sure to read the label before-hand.
Refer to the included image for helpful bait placement locations.
Two weeks after your initial spray, begin placing gel bait in areas where roaches hide or travel.
Use the included bait syringe to apply small pea-sized dots of gel in corners, under sinks, inside cabinets, and behind appliances.
Avoid placing bait in areas that were recently sprayed.
After 14 days, enough time has passed since spraying.
Roaches will return to forage, making it an ideal time to apply bait.
Step 2: Fill the four included bait stations with the gel bait and place them in strategic, hidden locations like under the fridge, behind the stove, under the sink, and behind toilets or inside closets. These areas are ideal for attracting roaches without being disturbed.
Step 3: Over the next few days, check the bait stations for feeding activity. If you notice significant consumption, add fresh gel as needed. Try not to clean or disturb the baited areas too soon, so the roaches have time to feed and carry the bait back to their hiding spots.
Day 30: Follow-Up Spray Treatment
Step 1: Make sure to read the label before-hand.
On day 30, repeat the same safety steps as the Initial Spray.
Prepare a fresh spray mixture just like you did on Day 1, using one packet of insecticide mixed into clean water in your 1-gallon sprayer.
Step 2: Respray the same interior areas you treated during the initial application. Even if you’ve seen reduced activity, this second treatment is crucial for targeting any newly hatched roaches and fully disrupting the life cycle.
Step 3: If you have leftover, lightly respray key exterior zones where roaches may be entering, focusing on structural gaps or high-risk areas like outdoor trash storage or drainage zones.
Step 4: After each use, flush spray equipment thoroughly with clean water.
Do not allow pesticide residue to dry in the sprayer
Rinse equipment outside or in a well-ventilated area, away from water sources.

Most Effective Hot Spots for Bait
To use roach bait effectively, apply small pea-sized dots in areas where roaches hide and travel. Focus on dark, warm, and undisturbed spots near food, moisture, and shelter.
Reapply bait every 2 to 3 weeks if activity continues, and avoid cleaning baited areas too soon so roaches have time to feed and carry it back to the nest.
